Sunset Bay State Park
Today was a very lazy day as I had nothing really on “my agenda.” I had lunch at Fred Meyer. You can’t beat a made to order half sandwich (which is more like a whole), a bowl of soup, and a soft drink for $3.99.
Tomorrow is the Farmer’s Market and I hope to find some fresh berries. I suppose I need to make a visit to the laundromat. I also might find out how far “the big city” is to make a run for books. My favorite evening “ritual” is to sip a glass of wine and read.
Cali has been behaving pretty well – except for the day that I left some peppermint candy balls (the soft kind) in the RV in a bag. Who would think that she would eat a WHOLE bag of peppermint candy. However, that DOES remind me of the Christmas dinner I hosted for the women I work with a few years ago. We were all talking in the kitchen and Cali “licked clean” the three small bowls of fiery dips and salsa sitting on the coffee table. I guess she IS a New Mexican!
