Saturday’s Photo Scavenger Hunt - “Comfy”
I thought it would be fun to participate in this “photo blogging activity.” Every week there is a theme and the one for this week is “Comfy.”
My photo is from this past summer. I was visiting some new friends that were camphosting in Salmonberry Park near Alsea, Oregon. One weekend the temperature went into the “triple digits.” To keep cool, many of the campers set their lawn chairs in the river to relax. Terrie and her “girl” Hannah are staying “comfy” and cool.

That’s one that I wouldn’t understand without the explanation. Thank you for showing this…looks like a fun thing to do when it’s so hot.
This was a good memory to capture.
I love the picture. I have seen something simular on many movies so it brought a big smile to my face seeing your picture. That and hey, I love dogs. You have a wonderful picture for the hunt.
Welcome to the photo hunt. I hope you enjoy yourself as much as I have been. See you around.
hey, we are at Spearfish, SD…had a bad travel day yesterday…never ate…hardly ever stopped…at the end of hwy. 212…we ran into a stretch…in total darkness… of hwy. road that was under construction…but it was worse than any dirt washboard road we have ever seen…anywhere…and with us trying to carefully tow the fragile Airstream with the cracked frame back to FL…no prior road warnings for this inexcusable passage…I am writing to the Gov. today…when we did find an RV park..we had no electricity…turns out the manager closed the Park yesterday…forgot to put up a closed sign…but did remember to turn off the Park electricity…so far…I am not impressed with SD…going to Sturgis today to buy Dee a Harley shirt…we are tired…not recovered from yesterday…we took the scenic route recommended by AAA…then the road just went on and on…deer and antelope all over the place…so I held my breath…and anyway…not all of this is fun…hope you are having a good week-end…kiss Cali for us….
Welcome to the Hunt! love your pic, looks pretty comfy
