How to Make a Mocha Latte…
- Select your espresso, fill the filter basket and tamp well.
- Steam the milk (I like 1%) to a temperature between 140-150 degrees.
- Make the espresso. (Don’t you love the beautiful crema?)
- Put it all together and enjoy – you too can be a Barista!
The wind is blowing like crazy tonight so instead of walking Cali, I “played” with photos. I uploaded this to the Flickr group “A Story in 4 Frames Challenge.”
Note to self: When you take close up pictures everything is magnified, so you might want to examine your espresso maker closely and clean it accordingly!

I love your Bluebadge! I must say that I got the Norah Jones CD (well, downloaded it from iTunes) for Valentine’s Day and I love it! I just bought it for a friend for her birthday this week.
