Manic Monday
is hosted by the inventive Fleur-de-Lisa
What is your favorite candy?
- I like dark chocolate. At holiday time, I was loving the Starbucks dark chocolate peppermint mocha truffles. A close second is chocolate covered toffee.
Name one thing that you’d want to receive as a gift for Valentine’s day.
- Love…Â If I had true, unconditional love from a significant other I wouldn’t need anything else.
Can we truly love someone who loves another?
- Emotions are funny things – we don’t analyze them, we just “feel” them. Therefore, it’s quite possible to love someone who loves someone else. However, knowing that one either needs to either accept the situation for what it is or move on. Sadly, easier said than done…

Yes, I’m a dark chocolate fan too. I always have a piece around for when the craving hits. Besides, it’s good for you, right?
I’m with you on the dark chocolate – especially if it’s paired with red wine.
And I really don’t like Valentine’s Day. Too much pressure, too sad for people who don’t have a “valentine”, and the ever-present displays of red and pink hearts, frankly, gives me agita.
And, yes (sadly) it is possible to love someone who loves someone else. But it’s also possible to get over it!
Fave Candy: M & M Peanut
Desired Gift for V-Day: Handwritten love letter
Can we love someone who loves another? Absolutely!
I love a good dark chocolate with red wine…..
I love truffles in my coffee
That is a wonderful choice
