Wal*Mart

YouTube Preview Image

I have a love/hate experience with Wal*Mart.  In my little town, there are two Wal*Mart Supercenters, and on any given day they tend to be the “center of the universe.”  Some people I know won’t set foot in a Wal*Mart, and others do all their “one-stop” shopping there.  Wal*Mart is fine for some things, others – well, not so much…

In addition, at times there are some rather “colorful” people who frequent the store looking for the proverbial discount.  Yes, there ARE strange people in the world – just take a look at the blog People of Wal*Mart!

However, now Wal*Mart has a new song depicting all of the the things you can do while spending an overnight in your RV.  Yes, I’ve stayed overnight in my RV at Wal*Mart – especially when I’m traveling from point A to point B.  It’s usually clean, quiet, and best of all – FREE.  (However, due to some city ordinances some Wal*Mart stores do not allow overnight parking.)  So, enjoy the video – just don’t sing the tune the next time I see you parked at Wal*Mart!  ;-)

I’m not a big WalMart fan (prefer Target), The ones by us are so messy inside and all those colorful people are in each of them! We did have to laugh one time in Hawaii. There was actually a sign outside a WalMart for the pick up bus from the cruise ship! The people got off the ship and went to WalMart. Not exactly my idea of a tourist attraction.
