6. Last person you spoke to on the phone? - Dang, it was the endocrinologist’s secretary in Albuquerque.
7. How old are you today? - None of your freakin’ business - OK, 56…
8. How old were you when you got married? - I was a young lass of twenty…
9. What is your favorite drink? - Vino…
10. Have you ever dyed your hair? - No, but my hairdresser does at every appointment!
11. Do you like to dance? - I loved dancing before I broke my wrist.
12. Are your parents still living? - No, they are both gone.
13. Favorite day of the year? - Call me a sappy romantic, but it’s Valentine’s Day.
14. What was your favorite toy as a child? - I got a Betsy Wetsy doll one year for Christmas!
15. What is your favorite season? - Summer!

23. What did you do last night? - Designed tags for the photo exhibit I’m part of in November.
24. What are you most afraid of? - OK, I’m superstitious - not going to say…
25. Plain, cheese, or spicy hamburgers? - Not very often, but I love a good green chile cheeseburger!
26. Favorite dog breed? - The ones who come from dog pounds or rescue centers.
27. Favorite day of the week? - Lazy, perfect and sunny Sundays!
28. How many provinces/states have you lived in? - Two - Indiana, and New Mexico.
29. Diamonds or pearls? - Neither - I love amethysts and turquoise.
30. What is your favorite flower? - Sunflowers - they’re so happy and perky!

1. The Southern New Mexico State Fair, going on some El Paso Flickr photo shoots, and beautiful weather in Southern New Mexico are some of the things I’m most looking forward to in October.
2. Sometimes I wonder about the futility of life. (My nephew in Indianapolis was just diagnosed with lymphoma.)
3. Life is full of surprises, and that’s why there is a saying, “never say never”!
4. When I’m down, I tend to be introverted and try to work things out on my own.
5. Work is where you’ll find me most often.
6. A rainy day is good for seeing the world in a fresh different way.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to working on my last minute submissions to the New Mexico State Fair, tomorrow my plans include catching up with my friend Sally and attending an amateur photo exhibit in El Paso, and Sunday, I want to clean my house but it’s pretty low on my priority list! (It’s “picked up” just not deep cleaned!)

1. There is no need to explain, I’ve read the book - I know how this all ends. (”I Don’t Want to Hear Anymore” on “Long Road Out of Eden” by The Eagles.)
2. Where in the heck did the week go?
3. Puttering around is all I managed to do, since the pollen count for weeds went up again and I’m feeling icky.
4. Prospects for the current housing market are not good at the moment.
5. Peace is the message, and love is the answer!
6. Simplicity and tranquility are qualities that I wish I had more of in my life at the moment.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to trying to rent the movie “Lars and the Real Girl” tomorrow my plans include the usual latte and loafing at Spirt Winds and maybe a trip out to photograph the hot air balloons at White Sands and Sunday, I want to absolutely have to clean my house!
