silver bean - cortez, colorado
Housed in a 1969 Airstream trailer, the cafe has what would be best described as caffeine-clash kitsch. A white picket fence surrounds the perimeter, pink flamingos adorn the front and a bright neon sign is perched on top. The service area spans 2/3 of the trailer but has all the fixings that a barista needs. Seats are available as well as outdoors. A great place for a little dose of Americana as well as java!
